Follow-Up Care

In your relation to your operation, you will be given an appointment to see your surgeon prior to surgery or at discharge.

Breast cancer is usually managed by a multidisciplinary team (MDT) and this may require further appointments with medical or radiation oncologist. This follow up will be made specifically for each patient.

To enable this care, your condition and management may be discussed in a confidential environment at the MDT meeting. If you have concerns about this please feel free to discuss this with your surgeon.
